Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Massage Therapist to join our clinical team. You will provide therapeutic touch that complements medical care and helps ease anxiety, pain, and mobility issues for patients and their families.

You will document sessions, follow the plan of care, and ensure HIPAA compliance while collaborating with clinicians to support an integrated care approach. The position runs 8:00am–5:00pm, full-time, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
• Current Massage Therapist License or Bodywork Therapist License in practicing states is required.
• Must have a valid State Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides massage therapy per plan of care; administers interventions (Swedish Massage, Comfort Touch, Energy work) to relieve symptoms.
• Assesses patients for medical indication and treatment effectiveness.
• Documents sessions in patient records within 24–48 hours; supports quality improvement activities.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and protects patient confidentiality.
