St. Croix Hospice seeks a Massage Therapist to provide individualized massage therapy to patients and families in home-based settings. You will work under the Clinical Services Manager and with the patient's RN Case Manager to align with the Plan of Care.

The role includes direct therapy, symptom relief, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration, with HIPAA compliance and ongoing education for the clinical team.

Qualificações

• Current Massage Therapist License in practicing state.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report and drug test.
• Valid State Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct massage therapy per plan of care.
• Assess patient needs and determine therapy effectiveness.
• Document clinical notes and coordination within 24–48 hours.
• Educate clinical team on therapy appropriateness and contraindications.
• Maintain HIPAA and protect patient information.
