Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Massage Therapist to provide compassionate, patient-centered massage therapy within a clinical setting.

You will apply Swedish, energy work, and comfort touch techniques to relieve pain, anxiety, and mobility issues while adhering to the plan of care under supervision. The role requires an accredited program graduate with an active license, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
• Current Massage Therapist License or Bodywork Therapist License in practicing states.
• Valid State Driver’s License and automobile in good working order.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report, and drug test.
• Provides massage therapy per Clinical Supervisor/Manager direction following plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Administers massage therapy to alleviate symptoms and improve comfort.
• Assesses patient needs and treatment effectiveness.
• Maintains documentation within 24–48 hours of sessions.
• Educates clinical team on treatment appropriateness and contraindications.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
