Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Massage Therapist to provide individualized massage therapy in patients' homes, following the plan of care established by the clinical team.

You will work under the supervision of the Manager of Clinical Services and collaborate with the patient’s RN Case Manager to support comfort, mobility, and overall well-being. The role requires graduating from an accredited massage therapy program, a valid state driver’s license, and the ability to pass background

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report and drug test.
• Valid State Driver's License with access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct massage therapy to patients according to the plan of care.
• Assess patient condition and referral justification for therapy.
• Document treatment notes within 24–48 hours of sessions.
• Collaborate with RN Case Manager and Clinical Supervisor on care plan.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
