Job summary

St. Croix Hospice seeks a dedicated Massage Therapist to provide individualized massage therapy to patients in home settings under the supervision of the Clinical Services Manager.

You will work with the RN Case Manager to implement the Plan of Care and address symptoms such as pain, anxiety, and mobility limitations. Responsibilities include direct massage, patient assessment, documentation within 24–48 hours, and adherence to HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Current Massage Therapist License in practicing states.
• Ability to pass background, drug screen.
• Valid State Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy to patients per plan of care.
• Assess patient needs and determine effectiveness of therapy.
• Document treatment notes within 24–48 hours.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Educate and coordinate with clinical team regarding therapy.
