Job summary

Bristol Hospice LLC in Massachusetts is seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide compassionate in-home hospice care. You will work under RN supervision, performing personal care, basic medical tasks, and support to patients and families in their homes.

Ideal candidates hold a current CNA/HHA certification, CPR, clean driving record, and a patient-centric approach with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA in good standing.
• Preferred 1 year hospice/community health experience.
• Valid driver's license with insured vehicle.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and comfort as assigned.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document care and report changes to Case Manager.
• Follow care plans and safety procedures.
• Maintain patient living area neat and orderly.
