Job summary

Bristol Hospice in Fall River, MA is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for full-time, hourly roles. Earn $22.00–$27.00 per hour working day shifts and provide essential in-home hospice support under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include personal care, assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, and supporting patients and families with compassion and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year experience in community health/hospice or medical/surgical settings preferred.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver license are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks and attend to patient needs.
• Provide compassionate communication with patients and families.
• Maintain safety and proper use of equipment.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, meals, and feeding as assigned.
• Take and record vital signs as ordered and with competency.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and range of motion.
• Administer remindmedication assistance as allowed by state regulations.
• Maintain clean and orderly patient living area.
• Adhere to care plans and documentation standards.
