Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Elite Hospice is seeking a compassionate CNA Hospice PRN to provide in-home care for clients, helping with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities while supporting families.

Qualifications

Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation (or access to public transportation).
CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
6+ months of home care experience.
Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands.
Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
