Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Hospice Aide/CNA to provide in-home personal care, daily living assistance, and household support, enabling clients to stay in their own homes. You will document client conditions and vital signs, uphold confidentiality, and use EVV for visits in a home health setting.

LA-specific requirements include CNA certification or training plus First Aid. Preferred CPR and 6+ months home care experience are noted; flexible hours and benefits are offered where eligible.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or completion of a CNA training program.
• Current First Aid Certification.
• LA driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Support household tasks, meals, and accompany clients to appointments.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment and operate medical equipment as needed.
• Function in any home situation regardless of client background.
