Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Texas CNA certification is required.
• Travel within a 50-mile service radius to provide patient care.
• Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
• In-home hospice patient visits are provided on a PRN / inconsistent basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation).
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure a safe environment and operate medical equipment as needed.
