Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is hiring a CNA Hospice Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in hospice, and to support families during end-of-life care. You will work with the hospice care team to ensure comfort, dignity, and alignment with the plan of care.

This role requires current CNA certification, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Pay ranges from $14.00 to $25.10 per hour, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be currently certified as a CNA per state requirements.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and liability insurance required.
• CNA experience in the last two years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Assists with daily living activities and promotes comfort and dignity.
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals and assists with feeding.
• Performs homemaking and other environmental services as assigned.
• Observes and reports changes in patient's status to the nurse.
• Follows written care instructions prepared by a registered nurse.
