Qualifikationen

• CNA certification active and valid state license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Hospice/home care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Uses safety principles and body mechanics for transfers and mobility.
• Plans and assists with nutritious meals and feeding.
• Performs homemaking and environmental tasks.
• Observes and reports changes in patient status to nurse.
• Follow care plans and written instructions from RN.
• Assists with prescribed exercises per nurse/therapist.
• Performs basic urine tests as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
