St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary care team in patient homes across Clarinda, IA. Under RN supervision, you will provide hands-on personal care, promote comfort and dignity, and support daily living activities for patients at end of life.

The role emphasizes 1:1 care, accurate documentation, and travel to patient homes. A valid CNA certification and a clean driving record are required; benefits include health insurance, retirement

Qualifikationen

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driverds license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Aufgaben

• Assist with bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Travel to patient homes throughout the day and provide care as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
