Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our in-home care team.

Under RN supervision, you will provide compassionate personal care, assist with daily activities, and help promote comfort and dignity for patients at the end of life. This full-time role requires a current CNA certification, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong report-writing as you document vital signs and care observations.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Must promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Travel to patient homes throughout the day to provide scheduled care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
