Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking Hospice Nursing Aides to support patients at home, performing routine personal care, bathing and grooming, and assisting families with home-based care tasks.

The role requires CNA qualifications, a valid driver license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation to service assigned patients, with coordination through supervising RNs to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver license.
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must complete training and competency evaluation in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks including changing bedding and clothing, bathing, hygiene routines, and wound care in a home health or hospice setting.
• Coordinate with supervising RNs to keep the hospice team informed about patient progression and family needs.
