Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year full-time direct client care in an institutional setting or in home health/hospice care within the last five years.
• Must be registered and in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and hygiene routines for hospice patients.
• Coordinate with supervising RNs and families to address patient needs and progression.
