Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Nursing Aide to provide personal care to patients in home settings. You will assist with bathing, grooming, wound care, and daily living activities while coordinating with supervising RNs to keep families informed and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of direct client care in an institutional setting or in home health/hospice within the last five years.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks for hospice patients including bathing, grooming, and wound care.
• Coordinate with supervising RNs to update progress and inform families' needs.
