Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Nursing Aide to provide personal care and support to hospice patients in their homes. You will assist with daily activities, bathing, dressing, and hygiene while maintaining a respectful, comforting presence for patients and families.

You will collaborate with a registered nurse and care team, documenting patient needs and progress, and guiding families on routine care.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 1 year of direct client care in an institutional setting or in home health/hospice within the last 5 years.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care tasks including changing bedding and clothing, bathing hospice patients, and supporting hygienic routines.
• Support families by instructing them on basic health-care routines and patient care activities.
• Collaborate with supervising RNs to keep the hospice team informed about patient progress and family needs.
