Qualifications

• State-approved CNA course completion.
• CPR certification with hands-on skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination per facility policy.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.
• Hospice or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Observe and report patient condition to RN Case Manager.
• Support patient safety and proper equipment use.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, mobility, and linen changes.
• Maintain clean, orderly patient living area and comply with care procedures.
