Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Hospice Aide, Home Health Aide, or CNA within the last 24 months preferred.
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Deliver emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Interact with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Encourage and facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
