Job summary

Compassus Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver expert evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a home health setting. You will collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to implement the plan of care and measure outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Speech Language Pathology, a current state license, and at least one year of home health experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a home health setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care using infection control measures per OSHA requirements.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and health care teams to coordinate services.
• Assess speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders and maintain appropriate records.
• Develop and revise the plan of care in consultation with physicians and care team to ensure quality care.
