PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Manor, TX. You will evaluate patients in their homes, design individualized treatments, and help restore function while minimizing pain. Documentation and education of patients and caregivers are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide therapies including exercise, gait training, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Document evaluations and progress using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize care.
• Conduct home safety assessments to prevent falls or re-injury.
