PARS Therapy in Cypress, TX is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team. Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license is required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX license.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Home health or rehabilitative setting experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt care approaches to diverse patients.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor with patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and functional limitations in home health.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes digitally.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and reduce falls or re-injury risk.
• Deliver compassionate care, promoting patient independence.
