PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Needville, TX. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care in patients' homes to improve mobility and reduce pain.

The role emphasizes patient education, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and documentation. Ideal candidates have TX PT license, degree, and experience in home health; strong communication and adaptable care approaches are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas physical therapy license required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate patient education.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in digital systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists across disciplines.
• Conduct home safety assessments and recommend fall-prevention measures.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and promote independence.
