Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved physical therapy program.
• Licensed or registered by the state of California.
• Preference of at least one year of institutional experience.
• CPR certification, valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with physician-guided evaluation and establish goals based on current function.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic activities to relieve pain and restore function.
• Record patient responses and report changes to physician and home health staff.
