UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant – Home Health on a per diem basis in Washington state. You will provide occupational therapy in patients' homes, working under the supervision of an OT to restore function and independence.

Responsibilities include following state laws, implementing the plan of care, documenting patient responses, and educating families and caregivers. A valid WA OTA license and transportation are required; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• NBCOT certification in Washington (state requirement).

Responsabilités

• Provide occupational therapy in patients' homes under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Follow the treatment plan and state laws governing OTAs.
• Observe, document, and report patient progress to the nurse and physician; adjust as needed.
• Educate patient, family, and other health-care team members on therapy within OTA scope.
• Function effectively in diverse home environments and with diverse patient populations.
