UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant - Per Diem for home-based care in Florida. You will provide OT services under supervision to restore physical abilities and enable independence for patients in their homes.

The role requires OTA licensure, a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation; CPR certification is preferred or obtainable within 90 days. Per diem schedule with competitive pay and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Follow state laws and supervising OT plan of care.
• Instruct patients and family in therapy within OTA scope and state laws.
• Observe, document, and report patient responses to treatment to nurse and physician.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques.
• Maintain ability to work in diverse home settings regardless of patient demographics.
