Qualifications

• Current OTA licensure in Washington.
• NBCOT certification.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license and access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws governing occupational therapy in home care.
• Follow plan of care and assist with evidence-based treatments.
• Observe, document, and report patient responses to treatment.
• Instruct patient, family, and caregivers in therapeutic activities.
• Provide care in diverse home environments and uphold equitable service.
