Training is provided for those new to the field and you will collaborate with nurses to support personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and make appropriate care-related decisions within scope.

• Emotional maturity and ability to manage the physical and emotional demands of caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Support medication administration per care plans and policies.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document care provided in the electronic charting system.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to support individualized care plans.
• Promote dignity, independence, safety, and comfort.
• Demonstrate reliability and compassionate customer service.
