Job summary

Saint Therese Woodbury, MN, is seeking a Part-Time Home Health Aide. You will assist clients with daily living activities, support medications per plan, and document care in the charting system. Training is provided for those new to the field and you will collaborate with nurses to support personalized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility).

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to support individualized care plans.
• Promote dignity, independence, safety, and comfort.
• Demonstrate reliability and compassionate customer service.

Part-Time | Home Health Aide

Schedule: Position includes working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Available Shifts: 10:00-6:30am (16 hours in a two-week pay period)

Pay Range: $19.10 - $25.91 per hour (based on experience)

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• -Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• -Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, caregiver, or in a healthcare or senior living setting
