Job summary

Saint Therese Woodbury, MN seeks a part-time Home Health Aide to provide hands-on care, companionship, and support to clients living at home. Training is provided for those new to the role, with emphasis on independence, reliability, and compassionate service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Support medication administration in accordance with training, care plans, and organizational policies
• Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to nursing staff
• Document care provided accurately and timely in the electronic charting system
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support individualized care plans
• Promote dignity, independence, safety, and comfort for those we serve
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and compassionate customer service in daily interactions

Part-Time | Home Health Aide

Schedule: Position includes working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Available Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm (48 hours in a two-week pay period)

Pay Range: $19.10 - $25.91 per hour (based on experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, caregiver, or in a healthcare or senior living setting
