Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications per training and policy.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in the electronic charting system.
• Observe and report physical or behavioral changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and support with daily engagement activities.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members.
