Job summary

Saint Therese Woodbury is seeking a part-time Home Health Aide to assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate support. The role includes every other weekend and holiday shifts, with morning hours from 6:00am to 2:30pm and a two-week pay period totaling 48 hours.

Pay range is $19.10–$25.91 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include healthcare, dental, retirement, scholarships, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Support medication administration per care plans and policies.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document care accurately in the electronic charting system.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to support care plans.
• Promote dignity, independence, safety and comfort for clients.
• Demonstrate reliability and compassionate customer service daily.

Available Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm (48 hours in a two-week pay period)

Preferred Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, caregiver, or in a healthcare or senior living setting
