Job summary

Saint Therese of Corcoran in Corcoran, MN is seeking two compassionate Part-Time Home Health Aides to support residents in our assisted living and memory care communities. You’ll assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor residents, and document care in the electronic charting system.

Shifts are 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., every other weekend and holiday, with pay range $19.10–$25.91 per hour and same-day pay available.

Qualifications

6+ months caregiving experience in senior care facility setting.
Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment within scope of practice.
Strong reliability and dependability with consistent attendance.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to document care accurately and timely in required systems.
Strong teamwork mindset with nurses and care team members.
Ability to follow care plans, supervisor direction, and established policies.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, transfers).
Administer medications per training and policy.
Complete accurate, timely documentation in the electronic charting system.
Observe and report physical or behavioral changes to nursing staff.
Provide companionship and support with daily engagement activities.
Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support resident care plans.
