Job summary

Saint Therese Woodbury is seeking a part-time Home Health Aide to assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate support. The role includes every other weekend and holiday shifts, with morning hours from 6:00am to 2:30pm and a two-week pay period totaling 48 hours.

Pay range is $19.10–$25.91 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include healthcare, dental, retirement, scholarships, and more.

Qualifications

No prior experience required; training provided.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work independently and make care-related decisions.

Emotional maturity to handle caregiving demands.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility).
Support medication administration per care plans and policies.
Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
Document care accurately in the electronic charting system.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Collaborate with nurses and care team to support care plans.
Promote dignity, independence, safety and comfort for clients.
Demonstrate reliability and compassionate customer service daily.
