Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide with a car to support individuals in the comfort of their homes. This role focuses on helping clients maintain independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Experience in patient care is helpful, but not required—we value the right attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and report changes to the care team in a supportive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team.
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care.
• No certification required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
