Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes. The role focuses on maintaining independence, safety, and well-being with a right attitude and responsibility. Training provided and no prior certification required.

Responsibilities include ADLs assistance, companionship, monitoring conditions, mobility support, and light housekeeping. A supportive team and quick start are offered to fit flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with a care team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility and use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning.
