Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, monitoring changes in condition, aiding mobility, and light housekeeping. No certification is required; experience helps but the right attitude matters.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable with patient-centered approach.
• No certification required; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in client's condition.
• Assist with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry and cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
