Job summary

Valley Home Care in Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes, helping with daily tasks and ensuring safety and comfort. No certification required, but reliable caregiving mindset is essential.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor changes, assist mobility with equipment, light housekeeping, and uphold HIPAA confidentiality. Flexible schedules and weekly pay are offered to start quickly with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with a care team.
• No certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
