Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence while ensuring safety and comfort. You will assist with daily tasks, provide companionship, and monitor changes in health.

No certification is required, and you will join a supportive team with flexible schedules and weekly pay. Experience in patient care is valued but not required; the right attitude and responsibility are more important to us.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with a care team.
• Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.
• No certification required.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
