Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and meal prep.
• Reliable, responsible, and patient with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive environment.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks like laundry and cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines for client information.
