Job summary

Avid Health at Home delivers personalized in-home care services across Kentucky and Ohio. We are hiring multiple candidates for full-time or part-time PCA/HHA or CNA positions to serve clients in 42 counties along state lines.

Requirements include current PCA or CNA certification (Ohio), CPR preferred, reliable transportation, and strong communication. Benefits include competitive pay and comprehensive coverage for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current PCA or CNA certification in Ohio.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ADL/IADL support per care plans.
• Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, transfers.
• Assist with ambulation and therapy exercises under supervision.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and assist with meals.
• Document shift details accurately within time parameters.
• Report changes in client condition to supervisor.
