Job summary

Action Health Staffing in Williamston area seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for clients Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9am-12:30am, and Tuesday-Thursday 11am-3pm. Excellent pay is offered for dedicated caregivers.

The home care aide will deliver direct patient care, assist with personal hygiene, transfers, and routine exercises under supervision. You will plan meals, provide companionship, and maintain accurate records in a client home setting.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication to read, write, and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as directed.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and diets.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to the client.
• Light housekeeping as assigned.
• Maintain records required by agency and EVV tasks.
• Report changes in client condition promptly.
