Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services in Williamston area is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care to clients in their residence. The role includes direct patient care, personal hygiene assistance, meals, mobility support, and companionship.

The position requires adhering to the Plan of Care, maintaining records, and communicating changes to the supervising team. Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9am-12:30am, Tuesday-Thursday 11am-3pm. Excellent pay!!!

Qualifications

• Maintain DFS certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Prepare meals with client dietary considerations per Plan of Care.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain complete and accurate records as required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
• Follow Plan of Care and EVV timekeeping requirements.
