Addus HomeCare is hiring for Direct Support Professionals to help seniors and people with disabilities live independently in their homes. This entry-level role offers flexible hours and a path into a growing home care industry, with a pay rate up to $15.68 per hour.

As an DSP, you will follow care plans, assist with personal care and daily activities, and report changes in a member’s condition. Join a value-driven company that supports your contribution and wellbeing.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required, with at least one year of in-home care experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with insurance.
• Comfortable using electronic devices and following instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Follow a care plan and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Support routine house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport members to appointments and errands as needed.
• Assist member with the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring).
• Observe and report any changes in member's condition.
