Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and one year of in-home care experience.
• Ability to follow a care plan and report on tasks.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Follow a member's care plan and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with routine house cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
