Job summary

Family Pillars Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate HHAs and CNAs to support seniors and adults in Ogden, UT in their homes.

You'll assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and help with mobility and daily routines under a care plan, ensuring a safe, respectful environment with reliable, independent work habits and punctuality.

Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered as we expand into new counties.

Qualifications

• Certificate or CNA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
