Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare is hiring HHAs and CNAs to support seniors and adults in their homes across multiple counties in Texas. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, help with mobility, and follow care plans while maintaining a safe environment.

Join a growing team with flexible scheduling, close-to-home cases, and supportive office staff as the company expands into new counties. Ability to work independently is essential.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate or CNA License is required.
• CPR Certification.
• Level 2 Background Check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (will drive client’s vehicle).
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
