Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare in Florida is seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our growing team, delivering compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults in need. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, support safe mobility, and follow care plans in client homes across multiple counties.

This role offers flexible scheduling, steady hours, and a supportive office team as we expand. Valid CNA or HHA certification and CPR are required, along with a Level 2 background check and reliable

Qualifications

• Certificate or CNA license required.
• CPR Certification.
• Level 2 Background Check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
