Job summary

Family Pillars Home Care in Florida is seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our expanding team. You will provide compassionate at-home care, assist with ADLs, and support clients in their daily routines.

This role offers flexible scheduling, client homes across multiple counties, and a supportive office team as we grow. CPR certification, CNA license, and a Level 2 background check are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate or CNA License (required).
• CPR Certification.
• Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
